These Terms of Service govern the use of GetRankly.app. By using the service, you fully accept these terms.
1. Service Description
GetRankly.app is a SaaS tool that analyses the digital presence of businesses (pubs, restaurants, hotels and other categories). The service generates a score from 0 to 100, identifies issues and provides actionable suggestions, tailored to the country and business type.
The service is provided by Filippo Pelloia, based in Italy (hereinafter "Provider").

3. Payments and Renewals
The PRO Plan is a monthly subscription with automatic renewal. Payment is processed by Stripe.
• Renewal occurs automatically every 30 days.
• You can cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal.
• Cancellation is immediate and incurs no additional charges.
• No refunds are provided for the already-billed period.
• In case of failed payment, PRO access is suspended and the profile reverts to the free plan.
4. Acceptable Use
By using GetRankly.app, you agree not to:
• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Make automated or abusive requests that overload the infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service to third parties.
• Submit fake URLs or data with the intent to manipulate results.
The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations.
5. Intellectual Property
All service content (interface, algorithms, generated scores, report text) is owned by the Provider or respective licensors.
PRO Plan users receive a permanent shareable link to their report. Sharing is permitted for personal and professional use, provided it is not attributed to third parties as their own creation.
6. Limitation of Liability
GetRankly.app results are generated automatically via AI and analysis of public data. The service is informational and does not constitute professional advice (legal, tax, marketing).
The Provider does not guarantee that scores or suggestions accurately reflect the specific reality of each business. Users are solely responsible for decisions made based on results.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
7. Service Availability
The Provider strives to keep the service available but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or force majeure.
In case of prolonged PRO service interruption (over 72 consecutive hours), the user is entitled to a proportional refund upon request to support@getrankly.app.
8. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the "Your Account" section in the application. Deletion results in:
• Erasure of all personal data within 30 days.
• Loss of access to all saved analyses.
• Immediate cancellation of any active PRO subscription (no refund for remaining period).
9. Service Changes
The Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service or parts thereof, with or without notice.
Significant changes to terms or pricing will be communicated by email with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the Provider's place of residence, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
